If you wish to return a product to us, please send in a contact form explaining why you want to return the product. We can then advise you on the best way to complete your return. We do not accept returns on sale items.

Items are eligible for return for up to 30 days after purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that it was received.  

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you are shipping an item over $60, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

Damaged Orders

If you have an issue with your order please email us within 48 hours of receiving your package with your order number. If the delivery has been damaged, we will request images so that we can best help with your item.

Cancellations

Please reach out to us immediately if you need to cancel. We will gladly cancel your order if it has not already been shipped. Cancellations are not possible after the order has been shipped.
